UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu
While we return back to Kathmandu from Nagarkot, we will choose the routes via Changu Narayan Temple. Admiring the amazing landscapes, we will reach this oldest temple in Nepal which has got a unique historical essence. There are several myths and legends about this temple which is going to be surprising to hear. Then onwards, our next stop will be the ancient heritage city, Bhaktapur. Both of the sites are enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Nepal is not only rich in natural blissfulness but cultural heritage and architecture are also of top-notch in here. This is why there are seven UNESCO World Heritage sites only within Kathmandu city. Our next day will be dedicated to visiting other UNESCO World Heritage sites like Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
