Who can join ABC Heli Tour?
The ones who love traveling and exploring would certainly have an aim to reach and experience being at ABC. Annapurna is the 10th highest mountain in the world standing tall at the elevation of 8,091m whereas the base camp of Mt. Annapurna lies at the altitude of 4,130m. Hence, it’s not easy for elderly people, children, and those who can’t hike continuously up to that elevation through the rugged trails.
Therefore, the Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter Tour was introduced so as to make the dream of reaching ABC come true for everyone despite their age, fitness, and time limitation. In fact, this is the best package to deliver the overall sightseeing experience throughout the Annapurna Region.
Remarkable vistas
Flying over the top of different traditional villages, forests, rivers, cultivated terrains, you can enjoy the close view of the popular highest peaks of Nepal including Annapurna I (8091 m), Annapurna II (7937 m), Annapurna III (7,555m), Gangapurna (7,455m), Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Machhapuchhre-fishtail (6993 m), as well as several other small peaks.
Overview
Our ABC Helicopter tour commences from the city of lakes, Pokhara. The Annapurna Base Camp can be reached within 2-3 hours of helicopter ride from Pokhara. As we land on our final destination i.e. Annapurna Base Camp itself, we will be landing the helicopter for around half an hour (depending upon the weather) to experiences the entire Annapurna Ranges along with other summits and have photo sessions and all.
In this way, anyone can reach up to the lap of Mt. Annapurna within just a few hours and enjoy the best of their holiday without much effort and time. Moreover, this lavish and exciting tour comes in handy when talking about affordability as well. From Pokhara, you can either join this tour on a group-sharing basis or private-charter the helicopter. The maximum seating capacity in 1 Helicopter is 5 people and since there is a weight barrier in all the flights, the maximum weight allowed is 500kg (an average of 100kg/person).
